Icare software is availble in two editions: Complience edition and Complete edition. The Compliance edition has enough to keep you compliant whilst reporting AVETMISS to a single State Training Authority (or NCVER). The Complete edition has all features turned on and can be used to report AVETMISS to any number of State Training Authorities.

A number of add-ons are available for the Compliance edition to give you select features of the Complete edition. The most popular add-ons are:

Icare user licences are counted by simultaneous access. You can install the Icare software on as many PC or laptops as you wish. Your Icare licence will dictate how many can access Icare at the same time.

Enabling multiple user access from different locations requireds appropriate infrastructure such as hosting your Icare data in the cloud.
